Plant Operations Lead

Pay: $30-$40/hr (DOE)

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

We're hiring a Plant Operations Lead to support our client's plants! This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle repairs, maintenance, and operational support and have the chance to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance

Weld, fabricate, and troubleshoot equipment

Assist with material handling and operational tasks

Promote safety and compliance

Requirements

5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial/plant operations

Strong mechanical skills, welding/fabrication experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid CA driver's license (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred: OSHA 30 certification, forklift/loader experience
