Document Reviewers

Ultimate staffing is seeking 2 document reviewers for a 2+ month temporary assignment with a large benefit management company. Ideal candidates should have quality control, document review or proofreading experience, along with strong attention to detail, and excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Review ~5,500 document templates in the Clarity system
• Ensure accuracy across member materials (e.g., Transition of Care, Explanation of Benefits)
• Verify correct plan information, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and layout
• Confirm proper language versions are present (English, Large Font, and up to 18 foreign languages)
• Identify and correct misplaced or missing content across different letter types
• Computer and D/E skills

Pay $28.00 -$29.50 per hour. M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm. Temp assignment for 2+ months.
