Monitor the dish machine to ensure wash and rinse cycles do not fall below safety standard temperatures. Ensure the temperatures and ppm levels of sanitizers in the dish machine and sinks always comply with health code. Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to set your team up for success and support the kitchen team as needed.
