Sort, pre-treat, wash, dry, press, fold, package and distribute linens and terry per resort standards. Receive soiled linen and terry from guest rooms, outlets, banquet and event spaces; inspect for stains, damage and defects; record for repair or discard. Operate industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, presses, folders) and ensure proper settings and cycles for different loads. Maintain linen inventory, track usage, monitor par levels and coordinate with Housekeeping or Purchasing for replenishment. Load/unload laundry machines, move carts of soiled and clean linen throughout laundry and storage areas. Deliver clean linen to outlets (guest rooms, restaurants, banquets/events) and collect soiled items in designated areas; ensure timely service to support operations.
