The Senior Manager, HRIS & People Analytics is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company's HR systems, as well as driving data-based insights and digital transformation initiatives to support strategic workforce decisions. This role partners closely with Regional/Country HR, Corporate Finance, and key business leaders to ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, deliver meaningful reporting, and enhance the overall employee experience through technology solutions.
