Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing domestic and international shipments, accurately recording shipment data, and completing all required shipping documentation. You will also receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and maintain organized records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process shipping request forms for all Quake needs, e.g. Certification units, sales documents, samples for customers, returning samples from suppliers.
• Process/ship all components FBC requests, e.g. Components, Labels, consigned material, etc. Shipping all test equipment to FBC includes listing all SNs, Model#, and ASSET tag#; ensure placement.
• Responsible for all domestic and international shipments including requests for pickups, requests for asset tags, as well as sending notifications, printing, scanning necessary documents and maintaining/storing materials.
• Responsible for the organization and cleaning of the inventory room.
• Cycle count and full physical inventory as required.
• Back up for Test Operator.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• International shipping experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of inventory.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Required to move or lift light objects (up to 70 pounds).
