Sterile Processing Technician Supervisor

In addition to normal assignments and responsibilities as a Sterile Processing Technician and under the direct supervision of the Surgical Services Operations manager, the SPD Supervisor (non RN) will be accountable for the daily functional activities for the Sterile Processing Department.

Minimum qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• 5 years of experience
• 2 years of SPD Leadership Experience
• CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRST (HSPA)
• Must be a team member on the department/unit for which candidate is applying or prior Team Leader experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business or Healthcare related field
• 8 years of experience
• CSPDM (Manager) and/or CSPDS (Supervisor) certification from CBSPD

The current salary range for this position is $37.63 to $51.75. Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
