Base pay range

$210,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

We are seeking a talented Construction Executive with a track record for delivery of world‑class projects in the Data Center sector. We are a $750M+ Commercial General Contractor and have decades of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Higher Education sectors. Desired Experience

• 15+ years of Commercial Construction experience
• 10+ years of experience with Data Center Construction
• 5+ years of people leadership responsibilities
• Strong operational and technical competencies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Desire to lead the vision and strategy as the Business Unit Leader
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related
