• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Food Handler's certification
• First Aid certification
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies
• Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities
• Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation
• Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management
