divh2Insurance Service Specialist/h2pThe Auto Club is seeking a goal oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Clubs insurance agents and members in our branch offices./ppQualified candidates will bring their passion for helping others to our best-in-class organization in delivering legendary service to our members. In this role you will assist our members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing Property Casualty insurance policies./ppTraining:/ppOur comprehensive and employee centric training facilities provide training programs to help employees acquire various skills necessary to do their jobs and to support career development./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliMaintenance and servicing of insurance policies./liliVerifying new business applications./liliProcessing insurance and membership payments./liliUpdating electronic member information./liliMaintaining filing systems and typing./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliExperience working in a sales environment strongly preferred./liliMust be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products./liliA successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer./li/ulpThe starting pay range for this position is $20.92 $23.01 per hour.
