You're a polished, service-driven professional who thrives in a high-touch, luxury environment.   • Experience in a dental practice or med-spa environment preferred (2-3+ years strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in a fee-for-service (FFS) setting
  • Knowledge of or exposure to sedation dentistry and caring for anxious or high-acuity patients
  • A strong hospitality mindset with concierge-level service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of practice operations, patient flow, and scheduling logistics
  • Familiarity with practice management systems
  • A calm, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to patient care

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver a warm, seamless, white-glove experience from arrival through departure
  • Coordinate scheduling for complex and sedation-based procedures
  • Guide patients through forms, treatment plans, and financial arrangements with discretion and care
  • Prepare daily schedules and patient records for clinical teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
  • Support patients before, during, and after sedation appointments to ensure comfort and confidence
  • Manage front-office and administrative responsibilities to maintain an elevated practice environment
