As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent plays a significant role in setting the tone for guests' stays, facilitating smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, and handling cashiering duties. You will attend to guests' needs promptly, providing personalized service and addressing any inquiries or issues that arise. This position requires a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations, ensuring that each interaction is positive and memorable. You must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. By delivering outstanding service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, you contribute significantly to the overall guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation for excellence.
The hourly rate for this position is $21.30 per hour.
