A fast-scaling distributor of medical equipment seeks a high-energy sales professional to capture and expand business across San Diego County. In this role you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacies, SNFs, LTC facilities, and home-health agencies-delivering tailored product solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• Build territory strategy, identify growth pockets, and execute face-to-face and virtual sales calls.
• Represent an extensive line card of premium brands with in-stock availability and rapid delivery.
• Partner with an experienced customer-support team who handles logistics and billing.
• Earn a strong base, full benefits, car allowance, and uncapped commissions-high achievers take home outstanding earnings.

• Minimum two years' outside sales experience calling on independent pharmacies, SNFs, LTC, or home-health.
• Existing relationships within San Diego health-care community preferred.
• Proven record of exceeding targets through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Self-starter who thrives in a field-based role and maintains meticulous pipeline/CRM discipline.
• Ability to travel daily across San Diego County; occasional overnight meetings/trade events.
