Scope of Services:
The Administrative Assistant II will support the sales contracting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of contracts and amendments. This role involves a broad range of administrative tasks, including reviewing sales contracts, maintaining electronic records, generating reports, and coordinating with internal departments. The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for performing CRM maintenance, managing contract discrepancies, supporting audits, and facilitating communication across various departments. The position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, dynamic team environment while upholding company policies and quality standards.
