CHHA Requirements:

• Must be a Certified/Registered CHHA
• Experience working in Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing Facility is helpful
• Ability to work early morning hours starting between 6 am -7 am
• Must have a reliable car as this role requires seeing multiple patients per day in assigned territory
