Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Chula Vista, CAJob ID: #72129Pay Range: $20-23 - W2 hourlyDuration: 12 months contractJob Description* Customer interface activities related to providing asset availability, quotes and other associated actions pertaining to lease & exchanges on major routable components to airlines and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities for all Aerostructures OE aircraft/engine configurations (including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) ground situations).* Interaction with external customers (via phone and e-mail), including internal coordination with Aftermarket Technical Services, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities and functional groups such as the Distribution Centers, Licensing, Finance and Pricing teams.* Facilitate activities with internal support teams to gather and/or update data in MS Dynamics/SalesForce* In lieu of 4 year degree - 2 years of customer service experience will be accepted* US Citizen and US Person candidates permittedBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
