Job Description

This role ensures that all floral designs meet company standards for quality and creativity while maintaining efficiency and organization in the design department. The Design Lead works alongside and manages a team of designers, creating arrangements, overseeing supply inventory, and fostering a collaborative, productive, and creative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designers design and produce floral arrangements standards for quality and style.
• Assign orders to designers, monitor the completion of all daily orders and accurately have them sent out with dispatch per their delivery time.
• Work directly with dispatch with any delivery issues.
• Communicate with the CSR team and Lead with any client order issues or floral replacements needed for client outreach.
• Ensure workspaces, floral window displays, and plant areas remain clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Job Requirements

• Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Passion for flowers, design, and creating memorable customer experiences
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: Starting $18.00/HR

Pay Rate Ranges: $18.00/HR - 85.00/HR
