LCS Senior Living - 18655 West Bernardo Drive - Responsibilities: Welcomes all new residents and family members and provides orientation to services, amenities, and expectations during the first 2448 hours of admission; Regularly checks in with new residents and their families during the first 57 days to ensure a positive experience; Works with the admissions team to ensure completion of admission contracts, consent forms, and required documentation within 48 hours; Assists the Admissions Director and Community Liaison with tours and admissions processes as needed; Coordinates hospitality services requested by residents and guests
