The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations; Provide coaching, training, and development to the Store Employees; Ensure customer/donor needs are met and complaints are resolved; Maintain store merchandising standards and adequate inventory levels; Safeguard cash and assist with cash handling and banking per policy
