Restaurant General Manager The Stand Restaurant Santee

Location: 9355 Mission Gorge Rd suite 119, Santee, CA 92071, USA

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Pay: Starting at $85000.00 - $90000.00 per year (plus bonus program)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and food quality.
• Actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and technology systems (POS, online orders, delivery).
• Foster a positive, values-driven culture and recognize team achievements.
• Communicate with corporate/regional leadership and complete required reporting.
• Be available for peak hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for guest service, team development, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to analyze financials and drive results.
• Flexible schedule: 10AM8PM, 50 hours/week, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• No formal education requirement.
