As a Security Experience Curator, you are the protector of the guest experience-ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Your presence is both reassuring and proactive, helping prevent issues before they arise while responding with professionalism when needed.

Your Mission
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and the property while delivering professional, service-driven security support.
What You'll Do
Safety & Security Operations
Monitor and respond to security incidents with urgency and professionalism
Maintain a visible presence to deter and detect potential risks
Conduct routine patrols of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and guest floors
Systems & Surveillance
Operate and monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment
Identify and escalate suspicious activity or safety concerns
Incident Response & Investigation
Investigate incidents by gathering information, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings
Recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a coordinated security approach
Support emergency response efforts and follow all safety protocols
