Cardiovascular Technician

Required Skills:

• Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) program
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years hospital experience
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), CVT, or CRT
• Valid licensure from the California Board of Health or certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular procedures
• Experience with invasive cardiovascular procedures and diagnostic testing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree or higher in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
• Proven experience in a hospital environment, particularly in cardiovascular invasive procedures

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Some on-call responsibilities
• Travel package available upon request
• Valid state licensure or certification as specified

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $55.00 inclusive of 11 Paid Federal Holidays, with an additional $5.09 paid towards health and wellness benefits.
