Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Massage Practitioner role located in San Diego, CA. The Massage Practitioner will provide medical and therapeutic massage therapies tailored to patient needs, supporting the organization's evidence-based approach to optimizing movement and recovery. Responsibilities include performing customized treatments such as Shiatsu and body massage, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to develop holistic care plans, and assisting in educating patients on recovery and performance improvement strategies. Practitioners will contribute to enhancing patient outcomes while working within a cutting-edge, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Medical Massage and Treatment practices
• Proficiency in Shiatsu and Therapeutic Massage methods
• Expertise in Body Massage techniques tailored to individual client needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Licensure or certification in massage therapy (state-specific requirements must be met)
• Experience in neuromusculoskeletal care and rehabilitation is preferred
