Location: San Diego, CA (On-Site) | Type: Full-Time| Compensation: $17.75 per hour

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver who enjoys being on the road and helping people. In this role, you'll safely transport our customers while their vehicles are in service and play a key part in making their dealership experience convenient and stress-free.

Schedule: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. | Sundays OFF with another day during the week

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner in the service drive and lobby
• Transport vehicles as needed and shuttle customers/employees within an 8-mile radius
• Install protective seat, steering wheel, and floor coverings; clean, wash, vacuum, and prep vehicles
• Organize and maintain new vehicle inventory on the lot
• Keep the customer lounge clean, stocked, and welcoming (refreshments, coffee station, high-touch areas)
• Support Service Advisors and Managers during busy periods and perform additional duties to ensure smooth service operations

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience using navigation systems
