San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE
2nd Shift: 2:30 - 11:00 PM

What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Machinist
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines.
- Proficient with blueprints, micrometers, and inspection tools.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and steady under pressure.
- Able to lift, move materials, and stay on your feet most of the day.
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling , milling, etc .
- Load raw materials, parts, and fixtures, cutting tools into CNC machines.
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate the required number of parts.
- Supervise the machines while tasks are executed and seek site leadership for support to make necessary adjustments for improved results.
- Inspect, measure, and compare finished products against specifications to ensure conformanc e.
- Deburr parts per specification requirements using hand-held tools.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Accurately collect daily production data and input it into the designated systems and databases.
- Read and follow blueprints, mechanical drawings, and standard operating procedures to complete operations.
- Load programs from the DNC into the CNC machine.
- Perform changeover of cutting tools in CNC machines.
- Operate the laser cutting machine.
