Administrative Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership at our client's Mission Valley, San Diego office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations within a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Additional Details:

  • Located in Mission Valley, San Diego
  • Contract to hire role
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
  • Onsite schedule, Full-time role
  • Compensation: $23.00-$33.00 per hour DOE
