Cart Transportation Service Provider

This position provides excellent customer service to entertainers, exhibitors, and demonstrators by providing cart transportation to various locations on the facility.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greets entertainers, exhibitors, and demonstrators with a friendly smile and provides prompt and courteous customer service.
• Provides transport service in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner.
• Consults and gets approval from entertainers, exhibitors, and demonstrators before loading, securing, transporting, unloading, and moving equipment onto the cart.
• Drives cart in a safe and prudent manner, plugs in cart or refuels cart after peak use, and parks cart neatly in space provided.
• Inspects cart to ensure cart is clean, completely charged or fueled, maintained, and functioning properly and reports problems to supervisor immediately.
• Complies with all safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Ensures all required certifications and drivers' license are valid at all times.
• Performs other production related duties as assigned or requested when needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and driving skills.
• Good judgement and professionalism.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Certification required (training will be provided).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.

Working conditions:

• Moves objects up to 50 pounds.
• Involves some exposure to hazards or physical risk that require following safety precautions.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
