Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, and fair employment practices.; Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.; Oversee profitability through control of food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth.; Provide leadership to the restaurant team to ensure superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.; Assist GM with coordinating operations and training staff.
