POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Mission Valley, CA (Onsite)
COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
*Compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, geographical location, and internal equity considerations.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) / 6-month contract with possible extension or conversion. *This part-time role is not benefit-eligible. * Extension or conversion is not guaranteed.

SCHEDULE: Monday and Wednesday (Flexible Part-time hours)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Assistant will support all Corporate Services departments with daily tasks including but not limited sorting and distributing mail. Scanning documents for the different departments, unemployment claims, verification of employments, payroll adjustment forms, reporting, garnishments, benefit audits, and internal and external client and employee inquiries.
