SUMMARY
The Purchasing / Receiving Specialist ("Especialista en Mercancías") supports the management of inventory levels and vendor communications while coordinating the daily procurement, receiving, storage, and issuance of all hotel food and beverage products and operating supplies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively monitor inventory to prevent shortages that may impact operations and guest service.
