Manufacturing Clerk - 1st Shift - $24/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator who will be instrumental in organizing and maintaining our production records and inventory counts. This role involves transferring information to Excel spreadsheets, conducting physical and inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with GDP standards. You will assist planners working with NetSuite and ERP systems and help manage the receipt and organization of materials.
Responsibilities
Conduct manufacturing transactions in NetSuite.
Maintain accurate and timely inventory counts, records, and reports.
Perform regular audits of manufacturing documents to ensure compliance.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in production reports.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely material delivery.
Update databases with production data and inventory changes.
Track materials and supplies required for production.
Confirm physical quantities of accepted and rejected sensors for assigned processes and document on DHR.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Strong data entry skills.
Ability to operate multiple computer programs and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
Ability to analyze and interpret production data.
Experience with quality control procedures.
Familiarity with GDP and GMP environments.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional weekends and overtime. Most tasks are conducted off the manufacturing floor, with some activities requiring entry into clean rooms for cycle counts and part number verification. Collaborate with various teams, including quality, engineering, manufacturing, and R&D, to address and resolve any discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
