Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in finance, accounting, or data management? We are seeking an Enrollment & Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in San Diego. This is a critical backend administrative role focused on data integrity, membership validation, and complex enrollment processing.

Location: Rio San Diego Dr., San Diego, CA 92108 (100% Onsite)

Compensation: 25/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Potential for OT)

Duration: 5-Month Initial Contract (High potential for extension and internal career growth)

Start Date: 5/4 & 6/22

Daily Responsibilities

• Enrollment & Membership: Process electronic forms for Medicare enrollment and manage membership data lifecycle.
• Data Validation: Prepare, audit, and validate information to support finance-related activities.
• Outbound Verification: Make professional outbound calls to members to verify information (Note: This is NOT a call center; there are no inbound queues).
• Team Collaboration: Cross-train across 10 different specialized teams to support various operational functions within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RELEVANT work experience in Accounting, Finance, or high-volume Data Entry.
• Industry Background: Backgrounds in Banking, Finance, or Accounting typically excel in this role. Healthcare experience (billing, insurance claims, or backend admin) is a significant advantage.
• Recent Graduates: We are open to recent college graduates who may have limited experience but possess excellent academic records and strong assessment scores.
• Customer Service: Professional communication skills are required. Please note we are looking for candidates with experience beyond "Retail/Sales Only" unless accompanied by exceptional assessment results.
• Stability: Resumes should demonstrate a history of professional stability.

The Assessment should take about 45 minutes to complete. Some important factors to know BEFORE completing:

4. Also, during the Data Entry Timed portion: USE the TAB button to move along as you type out on the cards (you will understand once you are in the test, Use the TAB button to go to the next screen DO NOT go to your mouse
