Core Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC system design for commercial projects

• Perform independent load calculations and ventilation analysis

• Design duct and hydronic systems

• Coordinate utilities and equipment requirements

• Lead coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts

• Respond to plan check comments and CA issues

• Mentor junior designers and review work for quality
