Role Description
The Management Trainee role is a high-impact leadership development position designed to prepare top performers to become Branch General Managers. This role provides hands-on exposure to all critical areas of running a service business, including operations, sales, field execution, people management, and financial performance.
You will rotate through key departments, work closely with senior leadership, and progressively take ownership of teams, metrics, and results.
What You'll Learn & Own
Operations & Field Management
• Learn day-to-day operations of one or more Clevrly brands
• Manage field technicians and supervisors
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, job execution, and quality control
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards are met
Sales & Revenue Management
• Learn residential and commercial sales processes
• Track close rates, average ticket, and revenue performance
• Coach technicians and sales staff on communication and conversion
• Support pricing strategies and upsell initiatives
People Leadership
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Learn how to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Participate in disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
• Help build strong culture and high-performing teams
Financial & P&L Management
• Learn to read and manage a branch Profit & Loss statement
• Track labor, materials, overhead, and gross margin
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Take increasing ownership of budget and financial outcomes
Leadership Development
• Work directly with executive leadership and brand managers
• Lead projects and initiatives across departments
• Develop decision-making, accountability, and ownership mindset
• Prepare for full responsibility as a Branch General Manager

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Management, Engineering, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales, management, or a service-based business preferred
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills

• Willingness to work in the field and office as needed
• Comfort with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics
