About the Role

The Operations Manager leads field execution and is responsible for labor efficiency, routing, work ticket management, quality control, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for one or more of CAM's service lines: Day Porter, Janitorial, Pressure Washing, Maintenance Technicians, and Handyman staff
• Conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections
• Manage daily routing and labor efficiency
• Enforce SOPs and safety standards
• Dispute resolution
• Use Aspire CRM daily to enter Work Tickets, approve payroll
• Recruit, coach, and develop field talent

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Training Bonus

• $3,000 Training Bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

Salary, Incentives and Benefits

• Base salary: $71,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)
• Incentives: Quarterly and Annual incentives totaling 20% of annual base salary
• Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
• Benefits include: HMO, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance; 401k; Vacation and Sick time
