Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Steak 48 on a full-time basis. This on-site role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and motivating staff, managing scheduling, and maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for hiring and training team members, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and fostering a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and lead an efficient and motivated team.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with staff and guests
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally in fine dining or Steakhouse environment
