Sage Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklist for each room; Individually complete rooms preventative maintenance process. Upon completion, rooms should be clean, and all equipment and materials removed from the room.; Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and general cleaning of all surfaces in guest rooms as required, including inspecting/flipping mattresses, box springs, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, touch-up painting, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, ensuring that all hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, cleaning and replacing light fixtures, and inspecting grout and caulking.; Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.; Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
