Description:

MSP Support Specialist

Provide program support to the MSP program and the MSP Program Manager to ensure Suppliers are compliant to all MSP program requirements. Proactively interact with all Client, Supplier, Employer and contacts to ensure all client needs are met professionally and efficiently. This position requires a sense of urgency and great attention to detail while handling program processes and communicating with Suppliers and Clients in a timely manner.

3-Month Contract to Hire

Work Hours: 0600-1430 Monday-Friday

MSP Support Specialist Job Description

Administrative

  • Enter new orders into Temp Works and distribute to Suppliers
  • Update candidate status in Temp Works twice a day
  • Assist with entering Interest Codes into TW (OSHA, etc.)
  • Assign and end employee assignments daily
  • Verify bill rates are accurate in Temp Works
  • Assist with administering and scheduling candidate tests, interviews
  • Prepare headcount and open order report weekly
  • Forward timesheets to Supplier contacts
  • Validate timesheets; follow up with Shops and Timekeeping on timesheet discrepancies
  • Track and validate Supplier charges and forward to NSC Finance
  • Gather, validate, process new hire paperwork and ensure New Hire Checklists are complete and all required documents are included
  • Provide "New Starts" information to Client HR and Payroll for processing.
  • Act as a backup to MSP Administrator and MSP Manager

Client Relations

  • Interact with various Client departments to ensure program requirements are being met
  • Interact with Client Foremen, Supervisors and Management to provide updates on orders, candidates and gain feedback on all MSP Employees daily

Supplier Relations

  • Interact with Supplier contacts daily to proactively handle any issues or concerns
  • Provide Suppliers with information and updates regarding their candidates and employees (assignment changes, new starts, tool charges, interview, and test results, etc.)
  • Validate Suppliers are compliant with program requirements

Employee Relations

  • Assist with deployment of new employees and assist with monitoring job performance
  • Assist MSP employees with questions and help them resolve issues including timekeeping issues
  • Assist with ensuring all MSP employees follow safe practices and abide by BAE and MSP rules and regulations

Other

  • Provide support to the MSP Program Manager
  • Schedule OSHA, VSRA training before the associates start.
  • Process new associate badges
  • Validate Supplier Charges
  • Ensure all daily processes are handled accurately and timely
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service
  • Abide by and enforce all policies, rules, and regulations of NSC and our clients including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
  • Work overtime as needed
