Earn $21-$23/hour as an Electronics Assembler! Adecco is hiring in El Cajon, CA with 1st and 2nd shift openings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precision soldering to JSTD001 (or similar) quality standards

• Assemble, test, tune, and troubleshoot RF modules, filters, and microwave components

• Handle small components, microassemblies, and detailed electronic hardware using ESD-safe practices

Qualifications:

• Experience with RF, microwave, or highreliability electronics assembly

• Strong precision soldering skills

• Comfortable working with delicate components and microassemblies (microscope work a plus)

• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Experience using hand tools and basic electronic test equipment

Perks:

• Pay: $21-$23/hour (based on experience) + overtime opportunities

• Weekly paycheck

• Full-time 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
