Reports Directly to: Administrative Manager.
Job Overview:
A Front Desk Coordinator ensures that all interactions between administration, employees, patients and outside services run as smoothly as possible.
Their main responsibilities includes to effectively and efficiently manage the lobby, greeting patients, updating patients charts efficiently, scheduling medical procedures, answering phone calls and overall maintain an excellent patient flow from the time patients walk-in until they check-out.
