Assistant Branch Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your financial services career? Mission Fed is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is passionate about leadership, sales, and service excellence.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch success, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You'll play a key role in operational oversight, sales strategy, and community engagementwhile stepping in as acting Branch Manager when needed.

• Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lendingincluding real estate loans (with MLO status).
• Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed's products and services.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff.
• Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials.

Base Pay/Salary: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour*

*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
