Video Content Coordinator

Description:

LHH is partnering with a well?established, California?based Legal firm to hire a Video Content Coordinator. This role supports firmwide social media initiatives by owning all video content, filming, b/roll, to elevate attorney presence. This person will be implementing reels, shorts, and other short-form video content to firmwide social media channels. To be a fit for this role you should bring at least 2 years of experience in Social Media/Video editing within the legal/professional services industries ideally.

This role is ideal for a hands?on content coordinator who thinks creatively about social media while bringing video campaigns to life. The role operates in a hybrid setting, in San Diego, and offers hourly pay between $30-$35, depending on experience. There are robust benefits as well for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Capture and edit video footage including interviews, b-roll, and on-site event content.
  • Support executive/attorney video presence through consistent, polished, platform-optimized content.
  • Travel to site visits, events, and regional activations as needed.
  • Research new content opportunities to capitalize on legal social media trends and new content.
  • Collaborate closely with social and design partners to ensure visual and brand consistency

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media & visual content creation within a professional or corporate environment
  • Strong video editing skills with proficiency in Canva, After Effects, Premier Pro, CapCut or other software
  • Experience using social media management tools
  • Creative thinker able to optimize opportunities for new content aligning with company branding
  • Experience in Legal or a regulated industry is a plus
