Description:

Product Operations Manager For Analytics And Insights

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

The Product Operations & Enablement team supports product teams in driving innovation, enabled by a frictionless, transparent, and repeatable operating model that delivers growth, customer satisfaction, and better outcomes. We exist to remove friction from how our product teams operate, surface what's working (and what isn't), and enable product teams to make data-driven decisions, better and faster. We enable processes, dashboards, and playbooks that empower our product teams to deliver transformative healthcare solutions.

As a Product Operations Manager for Analytics and Insights, you will enable product teams to make faster, more confident decisions by scaling product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo/Amplitude), building self-service KPI dashboards, and translating adoption and performance data into actionable insights that improve outcomes.

  • Own ongoing sustainment of Pendo/Amplitude, including taxonomy, instrumentation standards, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across product analytics implementations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support adoption and effective use of product analytics tools.

Product Outcomes and KPI Tracking

  • Track and report product outcomes and KPIs across the Product organization.
  • Define and maintain self-service KPI dashboards to enable Product teams to monitor performance and outcomes.
  • Support Product Managers in defining clear outcomes and KPIs for products and features.
  • Surface risks, trends, and insights to inform prioritization, planning, and decision-making

What makes you successful:

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, ambiguity, and scale across multiple Product and Data teams.
  • Proven experience influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience enabling and sustaining product analytics platforms such as Pendo and Amplitude.
  • Strong understanding of event taxonomy, instrumentation, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal/Privacy teams.
  • Experience tracking product outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Ability to build self-service dashboards that support scalable, data-driven decision-making.

  • Clear communicator with strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

What you'll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 -12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Salary: $122,500.00 - $204,100.00
