Position Overview We are seeking a polished and professional Experienced Receptionist / Guest Experience professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers. This role is critical to delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment with high expectations similar to a law firm setting. The ideal candidate is attentive, detail-oriented, approachable, and confident representing the organization's brand through exceptional service, both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact by professionally greeting visitors and managing guest check-in and badging - Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls while delivering a high-quality customer experience - Manage visitor access and tracking using Easy Lobby - Issue visitor badges, employee access cards, and loaner cell phones - Schedule and coordinate meeting room usage - Maintain and update company phone directories and speed dial lists - Provide light administrative and office support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams and represent the organization's brand with professionalism
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Additional Skills & Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 2+ years of prior switchboard or receptionist experience - Experience in a polished, professional office environment (law firm or similar preferred) - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment - Comfortable interacting with leadership and representing the organization's brand

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.46 - $24.51/hr.
