H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator; Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number renewal/payment; Receive communication from offices and document issues, research solutions, and escalate as needed; Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up payments; Review and verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expense for DOC approval
