Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, guests, and vendors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and directing arrivals in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Support front desk operations in a professional tech-focused location by answering questions, managing incoming calls and/or inquiries, and reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
