Location: RemoteCompensation: $60–$90/hour (Consulting / Contract)OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent & Development Project Manager to support leadership in driving impactful learning and development initiatives across the organization. This is a remote consulting opportunity ideal for someone who blends strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of human resources and talent development.This individual will play a key role in building structure, consistency, and scalable processes across training programs, leadership development, and organizational initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to design and execute learning and development initiativesBuild and manage project timelines , ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time deliveryEstablish consistent project management frameworks and standard practices across talent development effortsSupport the creation and rollout of manager training programs and leadership development initiativesDevelop and manage communication plans to ensure alignment across stakeholdersDrive operational excellence by helping teams become more structured, efficient, and scalableCollaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to align development strategies with business goalsIdentify opportunities to improve and formalize talent development processes and programsSupport implementation of tools, systems, or frameworks that enhance learning delivery and trackingQualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager , ideally within HR, Talent Development, or Learning & DevelopmentStrong understanding of human resources functions and organizational developmentExperience supporting or building training programs, leadership development, or L&D initiativesDemonstrated ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategiesExperience driving process improvement and standardizationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentConsulting or contract experience preferredPreferred ExperienceBackground in instructional design, talent development strategy, or organizational effectivenessExperience supporting manager training programs or leadership enablement initiativesFamiliarity with L&D tools, LMS platforms, or HR systemsExperience working in scaling or high-growth environmentsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will help shape how an organization develops its people, leaders, and culture.
