Experience in the sub‑categories of IT Services, Contingent Workforce, Consulting, Employee Benefits, Workplace Services, Finance, Tax, Sales, GTM, Facilities, Real Estate, Security, etc.Have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levelsHave deep knowledge of contract development legal issues, strong project management skills and a strong customer service focusHave demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategy, governance and structure in a rapidly changing environmentWillingness to adapt to new ways of working and problem solving to meet changes in demandExhibit strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skillsBe a proven creative thinker with a problem‑solving approachHave an excellent track record of establishing relationships, influencing and negotiating competing priorities among business partnersHave a proven ability to deliver concise and simple written and verbal communications to cross functional stakeholders and executivesHave an excellent grasp of business‑oriented financial concepts, financial analysis, budget formulation, and business case developmentHold one or more relevant industry designations – CPP, CPPM or equivalentMBA degree is preferredFor positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $139,900 – $244,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
