US Department of Defense - Naval Air Station North Island - Responsibilities: You will perform work involved in routine disassembly, repair, modification, assembly, testing, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.; You will select tools and test equipment, plan work sequence, and decide which methods and techniques to follow in completing work assignments.; You will perform limited functional checks on existing and newly installed aircraft electrical systems, equipment, and wiring and cables with standard and specialized tooling and equipment.; You will assist in troubleshooting and performing operational checks on systems and equipment of moderate and higher levels of complexity.; You will perform routine and repetitive repair and overhaul tasks- on aircraft electrical systems, components, and assemblies found in fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
