Job Title: Genetic Counselor

Location: Remote (Candidate will be Remote, but MUST live in CA)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: 1st shift. Mon – Fri. 8:00 AM to 5PM.

MUST be a CA Resident, due to CA Prenatal screening program.

Description:

The Genetic Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive reproductive genetic counseling to a diverse patient population in a variety of settings, following established genetic counseling practice guidelines and procedures.

This individual will be responsible for providing virtual prenatal genetic counseling services in California, but may have the opportunity to work in person, in the greater Los Angeles County area. This person will also support our Genetic Results Delivery team.

The candidates are required to reside in California and have a California GC license.

Requirements:

• MA/MS in Human Genetics/Genetic Counseling

• ABGC/ABMG certification or active candidate status required
